The possibility of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its applicant, Atiku Abubakar in the Feb.23 presidential decision to introduce 400 observers recorded in their appeal against President Muhammadu Buhari’s re-appointment inside the staying three days since the Election Tribunal kept on ticking without an end.

Boss Chris Uche, SAN, Counsel for the solicitors had educated the court that their observers reserved for the day could become to.
Uche said the observers who were situated in Zamfara State were assaulted by arms men while on their approach to Abuja on Thursday.
Dr. Livy Uzoukwu, SAN, the lead counsel for the solicitors, rose to supplement the data been benefited the council by Uche, including that the observers were yet to establish.
“My Lords, the facts demonstrate that those we have learned to exhibit for further declarations were assaulted while coming to Abuja from Zamfara state, and accordingly it will be impracticable to go further.
” We appeal to God for intervention until Monday, July 15 for continuation”, Uzoukwu said.
Up until this point, the candidates have offered 31,287 displays to demonstrate different charges of misbehavior in the survey, however, have introduced under 60 out of the 400 observers.
