Agents of the Oyo State Police Command have captured an Okada rider who kidnapped a lady with her five-year-old child, before assaulting the lady and cutting off the leader of the kid at his home in Igbo-Ora people group in Ibarapa Central Local Government Area of the state.
Talking while at the same time marching presumed hoodlums at the state police direction central command, Eleyele, Ibadan, on Friday, the state Commissioner of Police, Shina Olukolu, said the lady, Bosede Jimoh (34) and her five-year-old child, Fadeyi Opeyemi Ramadan, had loaded up a business cruiser ridden by Gbenga Oduola (37) on December 8, yet as opposed to taking them to their goal, he took them to his home, where he assaulted the lady and cut off the leader of the kid.
